An application for employees to record check in - out time, and to manage absences, leave, and tardiness easily with a mobile app. Employees can check in - out on their mobile devices by themselves, without relying on other types of card punching systems. The mobile device must be authorized before it can be used to prevent employees from checking in and out for one another. Employees can submit leave requests or change their check in - out times immediately through their mobile phones, and managers can respond and confirm immediately through the TimeMint app.

The apps used together are TimeMint User (TimeMint) and TimeMint Manager, allowing all assigned managers to view check in - out times.
